I have 5 of these available and they all have been fully disassembled, cleaned, inspected and reassembled with new hardware as needed. Reed RC-16 Rotary Cutter Hinged Pipe Cutter 14 to 18 inch Works Great. Please look at the pictures and search the part number online for further specifications and details. This item is from the onsite "maintenance department" at a large "Fortune 500" company. They were closing a large production facility. It looks like like this was only used for a few projects before being stored away. I do not know the entire history of this item.
